Kopflose 2.5 und 3 mm Compression PT-Schrauben
Die kopflosen 2.5 und 3 mm Compression PT-Schrauben aus Titan können zur Fixierung von Osteotomien, Fusionen oder Frakturen von Fuß / Sprunggelenk, Hand / Handgelenk und Ellenbogen verwendet werden. Durch die unterschiedlich abgestufte Gewindesteigung am Schraubenkopf und am distalen Gewinde der Schraube erzeugen die Schrauben Kompression. Eine Hexalobe-Vertiefung sorgt für eine gute Übertragung des Drehmoments und erleichtert das Einschrauben. Für Weil-Osteotomien sind 2 mm QuickFix™ Snap-Off-Schrauben im 2.5 und 3 mm kopflosen Compression PT-Schraubensystem (AR-8610S-01) enthalten, wodurch sich eine umfassende Lösung für den Vorfuß ergibt.

4.3 und 6.5 mm kopflose Compression PT-Schrauben
Die kopflosen 4.3 und 6.5 mm Compression PT-Schrauben aus Titan können zur Fixierung von Osteotomien, Fusionen oder Frakturen des Mittel- und Rückfußes verwendet werden. Das kopflose Design reduziert das Risiko von Komplikationen durch prominente Schraubenköpfe, bietet Kompression und ermöglicht ein vereinfachtes Einbringen.

Kanüliertes Schraubensystem QuickFix™
Die Schrauben sind indiziert für Knochenrekonstruktionen, Osteotomien, Arthrodesen und die Reparatur von Frakturen bei Knochen, die sich für die Instrumentengröße eignen.
Komplettset – gesamte Palette an selbstbohrenden und -schneidenden kanülierten Titanschrauben mit Teilgewinde von 2, 2.4, 3 und 4 mm Durchmesser und kopflose FT-Kompressionsschrauben mit variabel abgestuftem Vollgewinde von 2.5 und 3.5 mm Durchmesser.
Bestes Material – Titanschrauben mit Typ-II-Anodisierung sorgen für eine konstante Festigkeit, Bioverträglichkeit und hervorragende postoperative Bildgebung.
Neue Instrumente – Triple Play (3 Instrumente in 1: Kortikalisbohrer, Kopfraumfräse und Tiefenmesslehre)
Torx-Schraubendreher – hervorragender Halt, weniger Schraubenbeschädigungen. Hinweis: Die 2.5 mm Micro Compression FT-Schraube hat einen 1.5 mm Hex-Schraubendreher.
Wichtigste Eigenschaften und Vorteile:
• Variabel abgestuftes Gewinde – die breitere Gewindesteigung der Schraubenspitze lässt sich schneller in den Knochen einbringen als der obere Teil des Gewindes, sodass die Fragmente beim Einschrauben der Schraube graduell komprimiert werden
• Kopfloses Design – die Titanschrauben können intra- und extraartikulär mit einem minimalen Risiko des Impingements oder der Weichteilirritation eingebracht werden
• Kanülierung – ermöglicht eine exakte Platzierung bei perkutanen und offenen Indikationen
Die Schrauben wurden entwickelt für intra- und extraartikuläre Frakturen sowie Pseudoarthrosen kleiner Knochen und kleiner Knochenfragmente: Arthrodesen von Kleingelenken und Osteotomien.
