PassPort Button™ Cannula
The PassPort Button cannula helps maximize visibility and maneuverability inside and outside of the arthroscopic work space. The double-dam, 1 piece molded design has low profile flanges that seat flush to the skin and soft tissue. These flanges create a stable portal that allows instruments to be inserted and removed, without the concern of cannula loss. They are easily introduced by grasping the inside flange with a curved hemostat and inserting into the incision. Each PassPort Button cannula is supplied with a 5 mm spacer to ensure the accurate length.
Crystal Cannula®
The Crystal cannula offers a barrel-shaped retention bowl that pools fluid to eliminate cannula “squirt." Three atraumatic distal retaining options help to prevent cannula “fall-out." The translucent cannula allows for direct visualization of instruments and suture passing. The flexible option easily conforms to large or curved instruments. Each cannula is supplied with a disposable obturator.
Twist-In™ Cannula
The translucent Twist-In cannula allows direct arthroscopic visualization of instruments and suture passing through the cannula. The flexible option easily conforms to large or curved instruments. Each cannula is supplied with a “no-squirt” cap and disposable obturator.
Low Profile Cannula
This 5 mm cannula is one of the most low-profile cannulas on the market that allows for direct visualization of instruments and suture passing. The proximal portion of the cannula is similar to the Crystal cannula. Each cannula is supplied with a disposable obturator.
Gemini™ SR8* Cannula
The Gemini SR8 cannula incorporates a clever, deployable wing feature to prevent cannula "fallout" during insertion and removal of instruments. The low-profile design of the wings will securely hold the cannula in place, even in the tightest working spaces, without taking up space and hampering the surgeon's ability to efficiently complete their work. Additionally, the inner sleeve of the cannula can telescope relative to the outer portion of the cannula allowing the surgeon a clear, unobstructed channel to pathology. It is also very useful during knot tying, allowing the surgeon to place the clear telescoping tube down to the knot to preven soft-tissue entrapment within the suture knot. The included, disposable cannulated obterator allows for easy insertion over a 2.6 mm Switching Stick.

The Small Joint OATS system is a unique, comprehensive, disposable system that contains everything a surgeon needs for osteochondral autograft transplantation of 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm diameter cores. Each sterile set contains size-specific instrumentation such as an Alignment Rod, Tamp, threaded and push-in Core Delivery Knobs, cannulated recipient site reamer, Donor Harvester and a clear graft Delivery Tube that allows for full visualization of the autogenous core during implantation.

Small Joint OATS® System

The SynACART system is a synthetic cartilage plug for treating osteochondral defects in the elbow, shoulder, fetlock, hock, carpal joint and stifle. It is made from a biodurable polycarbonate urethane to overcome surface degradation and is fusion molded onto a titanium meshed base to allow for bony ingrowth.

The Suture Cutter's precision jaws prevent knot cutting by leaving a length of reproducible suture tail, 3 mm for the 4.2 mm outer diameter cutter and 1 mm for the 2.75 mm outer diameter cutters, without direct visual control. These cutters have a special locking device to prevent premature suture cutting. The blunt tip of the cutter is excellent for knot pushing.
The open-ended Suture Cutter was designed to speed up the suture cutting process. This cutter allows for quick and efficient suture tail cutting under direct visual control through the same or alternate cannula or portal. The notch on the side of the cutter tip automatically guides the suture tails into the front cutting slot for an accurate cut from any angle.
The FiberTape® Cutters were designed to cut 2 strands of FiberTape suture flush to the anchor site without direct visual control.

The acromioclavicular wire passer is designed to fit through a small incision, allowing a FiberStick™ suture to be passed through the cannula.

The Micro SutureLasso™ replaces 18-gauge needles for arthroscopic suture passing. Sterile, disposable, stainless steel needles are 20-gauge at the tip and taper to 16-gauge at the handle to provide the added stiffness needed for percutaneous placement for arthroscopic suture passing. The ergonomic plastic handle facilitates accurate placement and control. Advancement of a preloaded nitinol wire shuttles any suture through tissue. A selection of straight and curved shafts provides accessibility to structures that are difficult to reach. &nbsp;

Micro SutureLasso instruments also accommodate 2-0 and #2 FiberStick™ sutures for single-step passing of FiberWire® suture and are especially suited for outside-in meniscus repair.&nbsp;

QuickPass™ SutureLasso™ suture passers have thumbwheels and an ergonomic handle to quickly and easily advance the supplied nitinol wire loop and a #2 FiberStick™ or a monofilament polydioxanone (PDS) suture. Sterile, single-patient use ensures a sharp instrument every time.

The ReelPass SutureLasso™ suture passer contains 10 yards of blue #1 monofilament to provide the user a continuous supply without the need to reload. The ergonomic handle and thumbwheels are designed to easily advance the monofilament. The 1.5 mm tip diameter is the smallest on the market.

Featuring a rotating and steerable loop for arthroscopic and open soft-tissue repair, the Rotation Lasso suture passer has a simple and intuitive lasso design. Its simplicity helps reduce procedural steps, prevents twists and tangles inside cannulas, and eliminates the need for outside suture shuttling. The deployable and durable rotating nitinol loop allows for an all-inside passing technique.

SutureLasso™ Suture Passer Category

The SutureLasso™ suture passer family includes the original SutureLasso, SutureLasso™ small diameter (SD), QuickPass™ SutureLasso™, and Micro SutureLasso instruments, which are single-use and packaged sterile. Each type has various curved tip configurations. The original SutureLasso suture passer has a 2.3 mm outer diameter tip and comes preloaded with a monofilament loop of suture used to shuttle suture through soft tissue. The SutureLasso SD suture passer has a 1.8 mm tip diameter and comes preloaded with a nitinol wire to shuttle the suture through soft tissue. The QuickPass SutureLasso suture passer has the same dimensions as the SutureLasso SD and features thumb wheels to advance the nitinol wire. These instruments can also be loaded with a monofilament suture for shuttling or with a #2 FiberStick™ suture to pass a stitch.

The sharp tip and small diameter shaft will easily penetrate soft tissue while the reinforced shaft resists bending. After the tip is passed through soft tissue, the loop is deployed and retrieved through a cannula with a crochet hook or suture retriever. A suture strand or suture tail from a previously placed suture anchor is placed in the loop, and the opposite end of the loop is pulled, delivering the suture through tissue and out the cannula.

Corkscrew suture anchors are designed with a fully threaded length to create maximum cortical purchase in smaller bones. Using an internal drive mechanism and suture eyelet, these titanium anchors enable surgeons to secure threads in the best bone—the cortex.

FiberWire suture is constructed of a multi-strand, long chain ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) core with a braided jacket of polyester that provides strength, soft feel and abrasion resistance that is unequaled in orthopedic surgery. FiberTape cerclage is a strong, simple, and reproducibly effective solution for replacing metal cables and wires traditionally used for fracture fixation. The low-profile, broad footprint of FiberTape cerclage suture provides superior compression and ultimate load compared to metal cables and wires.1 The system includes FiberTape and TigerTape™ cerclage sutures, a tensioner, an instrument tray, and various passing instruments.
